administrative tasks in the process. Her obsession with detail, organization, and sense of
urgency, puts her in charge of all the behind the scenes work that goes into buying or selling a
home. Clients will all agree that she is definitely the "point person" when it comes to getting the
process started, coordinating showings, doing in-depth research, setting up searches, proving
prompt communication as well as detailed instructions for every major milestone. She also
LOVES working with Sellers, offering them advice on what they can do to make their homes
more appealing and help them stand out from the crowd. She also really enjoys the creative
process of developing and executing robust marketing plans to get their homes sold as quickly
and for as much money as possible.

Nick Lyle

Not one to sit in front of a computer screen for too long...Nick definitely prefers to be in the field
with his clients every chance he gets. He especially loves taking Buyers through homes and
pointing out the good, the bad, and the ugly along with all the things to be prepared for as a new
homeowner (Yes, you need to change your HVAC filter more than once a year!) Rather you're a
Buyer or Seller, his expertise also pays off when it comes to helping you understand the
extremely cumbersome inspection report and prioritizing AND negotiating any repairs that need
to be made. Clients can always count on Nick to be honest and full of helpful tips and info, that's
why they constantly seek out his candid advice and judgment on just about everything. "Is this
wall load-bearing?" "What's a septic system?" "What does a sump-pump do?" "Should I be
